MANILA — As many as 10,000 people are feared dead in one city alone after Super Typhoon Haiyan — one of the most powerful storms ever recorded — slammed into the central islands of the Philippines mostly by drowning and from collapsed buildings.

Massive rescue operation are underway.

Needless to say the people in the Philippines who survived the impact of this massive storm will need much prayer as they deal with the loss of their love ones.

I hope that you would consider praying for them, that God will give them strength to endure, that they might move closer to or seek a relationship with the Creator, that they might find their divine purpose for God has spared their lives for a reason.
